RedFern Digital is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our international team to cultivate and support our clients.
If you love working in a fast-paced industry, we would like to speak with you!
i. Finding and following new sales leads;
ii. Hitting leads and sales KPI’s set by management;
iii. Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data to help strategically direct sales plans and objectives towards success;
iv. Building trust and long-term relationships with partners to develop further business;
v. Reviewing time frames and budgets to support in lead generation and sales development;
vi. Attending events and other networking opportunities to create new business lead and partnership opportunities;
vii. Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies;
viii. Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients;
ix. Managing company and client expectations;
x. Creating sales pitches;
xi. Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients;
xii. Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines;
xiii. Definition, planning and project management of strategic and cross departmental business development projects;
xiv. Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
xv. Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty;
xvi. Researching market and industry trends;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
i. Experience in a high volume/fast-paced industry and identifying prospective clients through various initiatives;
ii. Experience in detail-oriented working style;
iii. More than 3 years of experience in process and management consulting, strategic development or a similar position in the digital marketing;
iv. More than 3 years’ project leadership;
v. Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
vi. Experience in different cultures and work approaches;
vii. Native Vietnamese speaker is preferred with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
viii. Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
ix. Bachelor degree
x. Demonstrated and proven sales results
