You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans consistent with the Key Account’s mission in coordination with the company’s strategy to achieve revenue goals. Planning and aligning on long term and annual partnership strategies / goals
Identifying and aligning target market segments for business development within the key account
Developing a pipeline of initiatives and actively hunt for new opportunities within the key account and optimize existing initiatives
Innovating as opportunity poses to leverage bolttech digital capabilities in delivering superior B2B and end customer experience for clients
Deepening and widening Key Account relationship by understanding emerging and untapped opportunities and deliver new products or channels
Managing the accounts and developing trust at all levels
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and ensure the expectations are managed
Expanding our relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensuing propositions and services are delivered to customers in timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key account and internal teams
Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
Management of sales and service teams to deliver profitable growth
Keeping up to date market trends and introduce appropriate action.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum 8+ years' experience as Account Manager or sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Proven experience in managing large / complex key accounts with multiple stakeholders
Experienced in the field of marketing / customer relations at least 5 years
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with internal stakeholders and other cross-border collaboration
Excellent organizational skills with ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Ability to use data to drive and influence decisions, leverage bolttech data science capabilities to improve sales performance or recommend changes in strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel
