Business Development Manager – After-Market Division

▪ Under the direction of BOD, key focus is to maintain ownership of aftermarket sales
activities for assigned market/geographic segment and customer accounts.
▪ Identify aftermarket sales opportunities with existing customers through customer
meetings, active prospecting, and participation in key industry events.
▪ Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
▪ Travel to project sites and regular customer meetings.
▪ Develop and drive business strategies / marketing campaings (exhibitions / seminars)
that build aftermarket growth within the Company’s goals
▪ Promote the sale of the company’s products and services through distributor networks,
direct to customers, operators / consultants, and other channels as appropriate.
▪ Work in conjunction with the (direct / online) sales team as key technical advisor,
identifying and providing reliable solutions to assure customer satisfaction throughout all
stages of the sales process.
▪ Utilize technical knowledge, processes, computerized and non-computerized tools to
assess the potential business opportunities of the company’s products and resources to
meet customer needs.
▪ Develop technical offers for engineered products, including, but not limited to, cost
estimates, energy analysis, drawings, specifications, and other information as requested
by the customers.
▪ Contribute to the following areas: Sales, Order Management, Purchasing, Service,
Delivery Management & others by BOD.
▪ Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Board of Management
to support company objectives.

Knowledge & Working experiences
▪ 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aftermarket or related industries.
▪ Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify
opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
▪ Demonstrated ability to create, build, and maintain strong business relationships with
customers and partners.
▪ Proficient in document preparation and management, with a track record of maintaining
organized and accurate records.
Foreign Language & Computer Skills
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
▪ Fluent in communication in English (writing and speaking).
Working skills
▪ Strong ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
▪ Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.
▪ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex business ideas in a clear
and engaging manner.
▪ Demonstrated problem sensitivity and the ability to identify issues and implement
effective solutions.
▪ Outstanding communication skills, including active listening, persuasion, negotiation,
and influencing others.
▪ Dynamic, creative, and adaptable to working under pressure to achieve sales targets
and business objectives.
