● Space T is an all-in-one interior platform with 3 businesses (Community, commerce, and construction). We offer a complete solution for homeowners: Looking for interior ideas, shopping for furniture, home decoration, and living products, and connecting with interior design & construction firms

● We are on a mission to innovate space(Home) with technology and there are a number of existing problems to be solved through technology in the interior industry. We’re looking for Business Development Manager as the description below:


Team management

● Manage the business development(Biz dev) and operations(Ops) team and ensure that each team meets the KPI

+ Business development team

● Seller recruitment(E-commerce business): Find new sellers in the home & living category for e-commerce to be listed on our platform

● Partner recruitment(Construction business): Manage partnership with interior design & construction firms for our monthly subscription package

+ Operations team

● CS: Interact with customers to understand their needs, ask and answer questions, and convert them to purchasing products(e-commerce) and matching with interior firms (Construction business)


● Data & problem analysis: Identify, collect, analyze, and visualize data to define problems

● Solution planning implementation: Suggest solutions to improve the conversion in sales funnel from lead to won

● Process management: Build and optimize the current working process as automatic as possible

● Seller/Partner analysis: Segment and target the right potential group to improve the partnership process

● Market analysis: Identify both potential and ineffective market, potential business opportunities, and find product market fit to improve partner recruitment performance

● Forecast & planning: Forecast GMV on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to ensure sufficient demand in the market

● Collaboration: Work with other teams(Marketing, accounting/finance, legal, and IT) to achieve the company’s goals and growth

Yêu cầu công việc


● Have 3+ years of work experience in business development / partnership / B2B sales in e-commerce or relevant industries

● Start-up work experience

● Strong problem solving skills

● Data-driven and analytical skills to address a variety of complex issues

● Good written and verbal communication skills in English

● Highly self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership

● Positive thinking & high energy

● Fast adaptation and willing-to-learn mindset. Ready to work in highly competitive and fast-paced environment, tight schedules; deliver stiff targets

● Knowledge of home & living is a plus
