Business Development Manager (CRM, Hrm, ERP Software)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive the growth of our ERP, CRM, HRM,… software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales strategies for our Biz Apps offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ERP, CRM, HRM, …software markets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in business applications.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions and demo that meet client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to maximize their investment in our solutions.
Product Knowledge & Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of CRM, HRM, and ERP solutions, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business applications.
- Educate clients and internal teams on the benefits and features of our Biz Apps offerings.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the technology consulting industry, with a focus on CRM, HRM, and ERP software.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms, including Salesforce and Microsoft in CRM.
• Understanding of HRM software, such as SuccessFactors, Oracle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
