Be a critical part of field-based Sales team, you will involve in end-to-end quotation process for the enterprises, understand the core values of the company and deliver to Senior customer contacts, including multinational and Vietnamese companies.


Description

* Collaborate with key account managers to identify new business and grow relationships that assists in revenue generation within assigned verticals.
* Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offering and competitiveness.
* Develop lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.
* Develop sales performance metrics based on organisation service prices and cost structure approach.
* Drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve on customer loyalty.
* Manage teams in the workplace.
* Review customer needs to enhance offering and competitiveness.
* Review sales performance metrics to enhance sales outcomes.
* Review sales proposals/ tender documents.
* Shape sales outcome effectiveness.


Profile

* Bachelor's degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
* Good exposure in handling customers / business in sea and air freights
* Understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries
* Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals
* Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end.
* Good presentation and communication skills, be able to convince prospects.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation, Business acumen.
* Passionate in growing and ambitious individual contributor
