Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing Beer, Wine and Spirits business within Vietnam or a specified region, delivering operating plans and achieving the growth objectives.


Description

* To prospect new clients and built a robust pipeline of opportunities
* To monitor quotations quality and speed delivery, pricing through puts and profitability in order to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets on both volume and gross margin
* To ensure customer retention on existing accounts and improve customer satisfaction involving proper local country management team or the company's customer network
* To be responsible for the strategic decision around business development targets within the territory and ensuring the implementation of these objectives
* To identify key market trends and competition landscape to bring proposal for new solutions, product development or market differentiation initiatives
* To work closely with Operations to ensure performance are maintained within the parameters set and agreed
* To conduct market and account related research for customer meetings and promptly follow up internally and externally on outstanding issues
* To keep and maintain good discipline and proper data quality on the company's CRM based on customer interaction and business development
* To be constantly updated and informed over Beer, Wine and Spirits market and logistics industry to become a trusted advisor for business partners and within the organization


Profile

* Extensive sales experience in the logistics or FMCG beer/wine/spirits industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
* Proven network and in-depth understanding, and ability to build relationships
* Entrepreneurial with hands-on approach
