Mô Tả Công Việc
- Design Orgchart & required processes for daily operation. Recruit & set-up KPI for the team.
- Own the strategic plan and execute on merchant development, including acquisition, growth, and retention.
- Design and update material for company pitch for the team for introduction and win customer: company profile, brand profiles, collaboration opportunity, pricing strategy and supporting policies.
Execution:
- Daily monitor and guide the team to process acquisition & retention plan.
- Colloborate with Digital Marketing Team & Training team to execute entire onboarding processs
- Monitor sales of the entire channel, monitor and report market situation, inventory and competitors, propose & implement GAP Closing plan, ensure revenue target is delivered.
- Merchant Event Collaboration: Lead and supervise merchant event team to ensure successful merchant training & onboarding event.
Process improvement
- Work closely with other Departments/ Sections to simplify, standardized related process/ policy in the assign scope of works

Skills & Competencies:
1. Ability to find and build relationships, or have a good relationship with partners on Online/Offline channels.
2. Ability to organize activities, coordinate between departments to implement Sales & MKT campaigns.
3. Skills in reviewing contracts, policies and negotiating with partners.
4. Understand the processes and policies related to channel business activities.
5. Skills in leadership, planning, organizing recruitment and job arrangement, checking and supervising activities of subordinates.
