The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Manager to lead the growth of Gallagher’s perimeter fencing solutions across Asia.

Based remotely in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with regular travel across Asia, you’ll be a key member of our Rest of World (ROW) Sales team, working closely with distributors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic sales outcomes.

You’ll drive growth by:

- Building strong relationships with distributors, consultants, and strategic partners

- Leading tenders, contract negotiations, and product training initiatives

- Identifying new market opportunities and feeding insights into product development

- Managing sales pipelines and supporting regional marketing efforts

- Representing Gallagher in key industry forums and customer engagements

Whether you're pitching to a distributor in Jakarta or negotiating a deal in Bangkok, you bring deep knowledge of land management systems and hands-on experience with perimeter fencing technologies.

To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:

- Proven experience in international sales and channel development

- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and travel internationally

- Experience in wildlife, conservation, or land management sectors

- Fluency in English - with professional conversational and written proficiency

- Foreign language skills (especially regional languages) are a plus

- Japanese language skills would be an advantage
