• Connecting and maintaining relationships with Industrial Park Management Boards, Investment Funds, Design Units, Supervision Consultant to access project.
• Delivering presentation of the company capacity to customers, coordinating with departments and construction sites to take customers to visit the project.
• Taking part in domestic and foreign trade associations and business associations according to continental market segments (Europe, Asia, America, ..) to expand relationships, strengthen brand promotion.
• Providing updated and adequate project to Industrial Park Management Boards, Supervision Consultant.
• Research competitors in terms of capabilities, markets, customers as well as strengths and weaknesses to consult an appropriate competitive strategy.
• Other duties as assigned by Direct Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum three-year related experience in project sales especially chain/ commercial projects or related position.
• Have knowledge of construction field (market, projects, customers, competitors).
• Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese.
• Proactive attitude, business mindset, passion for sales/ business development.
• Self-directed, good problem-solving and team-working.
