Business Development Manager, Vietnam & Cambodia
Job description
1/ Cambodia business :
*Daily Basis performance:
-Channel & Territory: implement strategy for Modern Trade & Traditional Trade by regions/ provinces.
-Sales Performance: demand planning, sell in & sell out tracking.
-Market Execution: distribution & visibility planning & tracking.
-Sales Force Capability: improve DCR Attrition by ensure Routes Stability and enhance Capability of distributor and sales team
-Customer Partnership: execute JBP with key customers in terms of product portfolio, display & consumer promotion.
-Market Intelligence: market & competitors’ landscape.
-P&L management
*Process P2P (procure-to-pay):
Work with internal PepsiCo and external Distribution Partner in Cambodia to plan and process Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Contract, Payment, etc… and monthly reconciliation.
*AOP (Annual Operating Plan):
Assist ICF Business Development Lead to develop, align and cascade the AOP in terms of Commercial part in Q4 annually.
2/ New business:
Assist ICF Business Development Lead to draw out the business strategy (6Ps) for new opportunities/ new business model which can contributes to at least 5% of total VNF biz.
3/ School channel development:
*Channel Strategy Development:
-Develop and execute strategies for introducing and growing PepsiCo Foods products within school channels. Develop tailored activation activities that adhere to local and educational standards. Manage channel P&L to deliver channel ambition.
*Partnership Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and canteen operators. Negotiate and secure partnerships that benefit both parties and increase brand visibility and sales.
*Compliance and Advocacy:
-Ensure all channel activities comply with local regulations concerning advertising and selling in educational settings. Advocate for health-conscious product positioning, aligning with institutional nutritional guidelines.
*Sales Forecasting and Performance Tracking:
-Monitor sales performance and market trends within the schooling and canteen channels. Adjust strategies based on analysis and feedback to optimize channel profitability.
*Cross-functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with CCD & Marketing Team to align channel strategies with broader company goals. Ensure product and promotional alignment with brand standards.
*Market Intelligence:
-Continuously gather and analyze consumer and market insights to inform strategies and identify potential areas for growth within unconventional channels.
