We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to work in a fast moving, highly acquisitive global group which designs, markets and sells a new luxury resort applied internationally successful vacation concept in Vietnam.
This position will be responsible for expanding Business Corporation of ALMA with other organizations, events in order to prospecting, qualifying and generating leads (data) to support the Sales activities. This individual will be a highly motivated, great self- starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Business Development Manager must develop a rapport with new prospects, and set targets to match with our target that will continually improve relationship. This post also required to grow and retain existing accounts to seek other business for Company. Business Development Manager work with and senior level management, marketing and related parties in the Company. Business Development Manager manages the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and work closely under Line Director for target of leads achievement
• Maintain and utilize maximum the current partnership of ALMA to generate more quality leads to support the Sales
• Conducting business meetings in office or outside office to build relationships with potential partners.
• Develop new business corporation via networking, private relationship, telephone and mass communication to introduce ALMA services and proposal of partnership
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects provided by the partner
• Conduct a needs analysis and determine Partner needs to meet with ALMA’s proposal
• Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications, visiting and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities into sales practice.
• Manage data generated from partnership within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
• Prepare and analyze leads’ quality and partnership efficiency based on the Sales result
• Fulfil tasks assigned by Tele-Marketing & Business Development Director
Beside that the following areas/requirements will be applicable for this position:
New Business Development
o Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
o Identify potential prospects, and the decision makers within the prospect organization.
o Research and build relationships with new prospects
o Set up meetings between prospects decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals.
o Participate in pricing the solutions/service.
o Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
o Present an image that mirrors that of the prospects/partners
Business Development Planning
o Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
o Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels with partners
o Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales/leads.
o Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Management and Research
o Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
o Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other management system.
o Forecast sales/leads targets and ensure they are met by the team.
o Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
o Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
o Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
o Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
o Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
o Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.

Chuyên Môn Của Bạn

Education:
MBA or equivalent related to PR and Marketing.
Experience:
At least 8 years’ experience of PR & senior marketing position where setting up, maintaining and managing partnership for mutual business benefit is part of the job.
Similar experience of Business Development is surely a great advantage.
Skills and other qualities:
Well-presented, mature, and professional looking
Be able to understand organization structure and to identify the decision markers
Familiar with out-of-office job nature, Travel is essential
Strong interpersonal skill especially networking skill
Strong negotiation skill
Confident and dynamic personality
Very result oriented and can work under high pressure
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Have a good networking/prospecting preferable
