● Developing and implementing marketing strategies that will help reach target markets and drive
sales
● Supporting the executive management team in creating goals and objectives for the department
and monitoring progress toward achieving them
● Conducting market research to identify potential clients who are likely to purchase products or
services offered by the company
● Establishing long-term relationships with partner in order to develop custom solutions that meet
their specific needs
● Managing the sales team by setting goals and providing guidance to ensure that they are meeting
productivity targets
● Building relationships with partners and other industry professionals to identify new business
opportunities
● Developing proposals for new projects based on client needs and company capabilities
Yêu cầu công việc
Required degree/experience
● Age: 30 - 45
● Over 5 years of relevant experience.
● Experience in the Franchise (F&B), Retail, Insurance, service sales field industry is preferred.
Required qualities/abilities
● University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar field
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role
● Proficiency in MS Office and other sales application programs
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Ability to build strong relationships with clients
● Strong analytical skills
● Exceptional problem-solving skills
● Ability to think strategically
● Excellent time management and prioritization skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

● Excellent verbal and written ability; Adept at presenting information and storytelling
