- Implement analytical views, identify bottleneck during operational process to improve team’s efficiency
- Motivate team member, provided with necessary training and focus on both team and personal growth
Implement risk management and project management
- Develop, implement and review BD internal policies and procedures
- Analyze current risks and identify potential risks that are affecting the company related to BD team
- Evaluate the company’s previous handling of risks, and compare potential risks with criteria set out by the company related to BD team
- Conduct policy for classifying fraudulent acts, misbehaviors, violations and corresponding penalties for BDs
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skill and able to make judgment based on logical reasons, advanced in Excel
- Willing to learn and adapt to fast changes, hands-on working attitude
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English
- Discipline, details and result oriented
