Business Development Representative – Vietnam

About the Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you, as the Business Development Representative, play a crucial role in our partner acquisition and retention strategy for Vietnam. Your primary responsibilities encompass cultivating a diverse portfolio of partners, offering tailored support, conducting comprehensive market analyses, and delivering product education to ensure consistent target achievement within your portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Take charge of expanding our presence in the online financial market by acquiring new partners through offline initiatives such as event participation, seminars, expos, and more. • Identify and establish connections with prospective clients, drive business growth for existing partners, and ensure profitability and increased sales. • Personally meet with partners when required, reinforcing their confidence in our company's products. • Provide valuable market feedback to the management. • Analyze marketing trends, monitor competitors' activities, and contribute insights for refining operational and marketing strategies. • Establish and nurture robust relationships with partners. • Reach and exceed monthly/quarterly targets. • Contribute to the organization of educational events. • Offer daily support to all company partners reactively. • Participate in the company's marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion.

• University degree in a relevant financial or commercial discipline is advantageous. • Experience in financial services/ investment (forex, crypto, fund etc) and banking industry • Results-oriented and dynamic individual. • Positive attitude, adaptable nature, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong understanding of customer relations. • Proficient in planning, forecasting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • English proficiency is advantageous.
