Business Finance Supervisor

• Drive automation projects related to MIS

• Control the overhead by cost center, IO; update Budget Holder and management with the monthly/ quarterly/ annual overhead variance reports to ensure the effectiveness in OVH spend

• Control Sales Representative Cost

• Coordinate with 3rd party to conduct distributor audit

• Prepare, analyze on channel profitability

• Support to ensure GRC in front end

• Be responsible for Sales reports (net primary/ secondary sales/ inventory by pack size wise region, raw data)

• Evaluate ROI for CO/TO scheme

• Ad-hoc report from Management

• 3 years experiences of management accounting, business analysis, controlling

• BA degree in Finance/Accounting

• Good English Communication and computer skills with excellent in Excel

• Ability to develop SOP (Standard Operating Process) for automation

• Understanding SAP principle

• Smart and result-oriented person, good analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
