Business Intelligence & Sales Effective Specialist
Job description
a. Manage and work closely with Regional RTM, RSM to control AC KPIs progress, opportunities and
challenges
b. Provide daily data/ weekly and monthly dashboard tracking to Distributors, saleman level across AC KPIs
c. Assist Sale Operation Lead for strategy planning & monthly sale data review
d. Manage RTM projects via KPIs governance (Coverage expansion, rural penetration, Suggested Order, Cooler expansion … )
Job requirements
a. Design, build features or report according to the needs of the users via digitalization of Power Bi (require expertise of BI adoption)
b. Good data analytics require deep analytics with sale number including transaction , daily operations, distributions …
c. Good communication with sale , stakeholders to manage cross functions KPIs of sales
d. Basic understand of FMCG distribution models, Route to market and channel RE landscape, Nielsen numbers & financial.
e. Agility & open mindset, fast in data reading and scan data, manage multi tasks
f. 3 years + work in same position, English fluently
