Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Summary:

- Managing and expanding Business Intelligent service (Margin Minder) to business

- Data quality check Scope, define and perform data extraction and analysis

- Digitize business process with innovation projects

- Testing the system before delivery to business

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage IT to create business linkages through the integration processes and sharing of knowledge, information and data.

- Performs analysis with end users and business process owners to identify areas for efficiency and productivity improvement.

- Troubleshoot incidents and providing recovery, fixes where possible and escalate more complex incidents where necessary

- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

- Work closely with project team to provide end-users training. Training scope includes updated process, Standard Operating - - Procedures and Application systems

- Track and manage outstanding issues and risks. Take appropriate actions to resolve issues or mitigate risks. Escalate issues and risks for management decision if necessary.

- Work closely with end-users and Application team members to continuously improve overall applications’ data quality.

- Other works as assigned.

- University/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science

- 3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales Management is preferable

- Strong in leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and analytic skills

- Troubleshooting and decision making

- Project management skill is a plus

- Ability to work indecently under high pressure
