Business Manager

We are a leading multinational provider of electrical engineering solutions for industrial automation, process automation and original equipment manufacturers of all types.

• The Business Manager will lead a team and be responsible for meeting the sales targets. He / She will develop and implement business plan that expand Company’s customer base.

• In addition, the Business Manager will oversee the activities, performance of the sales team and ensure it is aligned with the Company’s direction.

• The Business Manager is also expected to work closely with other stakeholders to meet the success growth of the Company.

• Minimum Diploma or University graduate in Engineering, proficient in English.

• At least 5 years’ experience in industrial sales with 3 years of experience leading a Sales team.

• Proven track record of sales growth, coaching and developing sales team.

• Knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation and/or Data Communication industry relevant to the position.

• Familiar with industries such as Process, Energy, Transportation as well as Automation is a plus.

• Mature and discipline with the ability to plan strategically and yet execute at operational level.

• Possess people management and relationship management skill set.
