2. Setup the Branch’s organization and re-organization
3. Setup the Branch’s KPIs and management to achieve KPIs
4. Setup and improve business procedures and decision delegation
5. Corporate with head quarter or firm law to get new business license or others
6. Research on new businesses or assess proposedly new businesses’ feasibility
7. New business review and strategy establishment
8. Other tasks assigned by General Manager and Branch Director

1. Experience: more 5 year experiences in Business Planning
2. Language: Korean in advance, English basic
3. Skill:
- Graduated from University. Major in Business Administration/Economics/ or related fields.
4. Acknowledgments:
- Worked at IT company is an advantage
- Have experiences in business planning management, organization’s performance management
- Have experiences in working with internal departments, partners
- Understand to update new laws on the company’s business category and IT field in general
5. Other:
- Strongly skilled in communication, negotiation and diplomacy
- Independent working, meticulous and adaptable to challenge environment.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Good work management skill, time management skill
- Be capable of working under high pressure environment
- Excellent in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
2. Language: Korean in advance, English basic
3. Skill:
- Graduated from University. Major in Business Administration/Economics/ or related fields.
