Job description
Purpose of Position:
- Analyzing data and reports
- Optimizing operations with automated technology activities as an alternative to manual processing operations
Responsibilities
- Identified and executed improvements for processes
- Providing solutions and tools to automating daily reports.
- Gather metrics from reports, analyze and prepare charts, professional slideshows on Power Point
- Supporting customer service team to optimizing data, reports, documents, operating system,
- Implement creative ideas together to optimizing operations with automated technology activities with management based on the understanding of each functions strategy
- Work focuses on reporting, automating reports and systems with Local IT team, Digital team, regional IT team to optimizing operations with automated technology activities of CS. Built Training Material and training Automation Solution
- Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application, as well as security
- Manage entire development process
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Filing document orderly as SOP (sales order, report…)
- Handling all tasks assigned by the CS Supervisor. (i.e.: back-up planning, making the statistic report, database review…)
- Attending training provided by the company which are necessary to handle the job
- Attending trainings provided by the company which are necessary to handle the job
- Attending department and company meetings
- Adhering to the company policy
Job requirements
Working Experience:
- Background of economics or IT is preferred
- Graduated from college upon
- 2-3 years of hands-on IT experience, working for Customer Service/Contact Center and Digital/Automation
- Strong Digital, CRM & Social Marketing expertise.
- Project management skills
- Good communication skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong data analytical background
Skill:
- Must have “can do attitude “
- Problem solving skills
- English skill
- Microsoft office /Microsoft Apps
- Competent with MS Power-point, Expert in Excel, MS.Access, Power Query, Power BI
