Business Support Assistant

- Do process of Visa job under Vietnam government law for foreigner worker and families in LGDVH.

- Management of visa/TRC and work with related teams/VN government officers visiting, calling as well as keep good relationship with.

- Manage and control document as give solution/feedback and update the current process on going to employees one by one.

- University graduates with Business Administration, Law, Customer Service majors.

- Advanced level of English or Korean.

- Understanding of B/S team & Visa job's character.

- Customer service mindset and goof communication skill under high pressure at work.

- Outgoing, good behavior towards others.

- Good PC skills (Excel, PPT)

- Teamwork spirit.
