Support team by performing daily administration & activities; Making the Curriculum Vitae & the Contracts
II. Key responsibilities:
- Making the contract for the clients based on the information which consultants give according standard contract template.
- Formatting CV of candidates based on Navigos standard CVs form.
- Making payment request for team activities.
- Booking event for managers (if have).
- Issuing the red invoices for clients
- Recording revenue
- Making reports
- Other admin tasks assigned line manager.

2. Experience: at least 1 year experience
3. Competencies / Skills:
- Good interpersonal & public speaking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese at business level.
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
- Passionate interest in Sales support, HRM, especially recruitment
- Highly proactive, positive, self-motivated.
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, teamwork, organized.
