Buyer for Unique Furniture

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage orders from sample development to shipping, including:

• Job requires visiting to suppliers, host oversea team and customer for business trips.

• Be able to manage multiple projects in different categories with assigned by Buyer Manager to the head office in Denmark and suppliers.

• Well understand customer demands in different markets, identify and select appropriate suppliers.

• Communicate directly with the head office in Denmark and manage projects catch deadlines.

• Collaborate with team members, factories, and Quality Assurance to ensure sample and production quality meets customer’s standards.

• Follow samples and delivery sample and project on time.

• Work closely with the factory supervisor and our Technical/Business teams to ensure timely shipment coordination.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in trading company.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Strong time management skills and self-independent work.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and the internet.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• High responsibility, honestly, maturity, teamwork and flexibility.

• Strong negotiation skill, knowledge of market pricing and costing.

• Experience with indoor and outdoor furniture is a significant advantage.
