- At least 5 years of C&B experience;
- Experience in using HR software (iHRP) is advantage
- Knowledge & experience in 3P compensation method is an advantage
- Good at English
- Using MS Office well (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook Express
- Making report and Analytical skill
- Knowledge about Labor law, Insurance law & PIT law
