Mô Tả Công Việc
• Input, update and maintain employee leave database in Orange HRM system
• Provide Sales Leave report to Sales Admin every Monday
• Review leave records, remind to close or correct leave records if any
2. Personnel administration
• Collect full New Dream Maker’ documents and keep them in the employee profile.
• File resigned employee in the folder.
• Classify and keep other HR documents in appropriated folders
• Collect and send medical claims to PVI
3. C&B task
• Support to register Tax code, PIT dependents as well as contact Tax Department to solve issues if any
• Prepare Leave Report.
• Alert contract expires and prepares contract renewal.
• Send email alert to DM
4. Labor report
• Support to prepare and submit reports to Labor Department
• Collect & notarize/legalize paperwork from expats for work permit/residence card submission
5. HR Teamwork & Other projects
• Other projects as assigned
• Share HR teamwork as requested

• Experience: 6-12 months in C&B area
