Job Title : Compensation and Benefits Executive

Report to : Compensation and Benefit Team Head

I. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Monthly payroll management, including Social, Health, Unemployment insurance (“SHUI”) and Personal income tax (“PIT”)
a. Data management
• Update employment movement data (new hires/ resigned/promotion/transfer) on Master files.
• Annual leave management data.
• Manage the employee’s personal income tax information like tax code and register tax code for employee.
• Update monthly total income data.
• Filling documents in soft and hard copy.
• All the policies/schemes must be filled and easy to retrieve when needed.
b. Payroll management
• Calculate and process the monthly payroll/incentive payment on time and accuracy.
• Issue the annual tax receipts and total income analysis letter to eligible employees.
• Make payment requests to 3P Vendors monthly.
• Follow up with 3P Vendors for SHUI participation and contribution, social insurance book closing etc…
• Prepare required reports to other Divisions for headcounts, cost allocation and reconciliation.
• Be the coordinator for internal and external audit queries regarding in-charged payroll, SHUI and
• PIT.
2. HRIS & Reporting:
• Update and manage data on HRIS with accuracy and on time.
• Run monthly reporting data on system.
• Deliver monthly HR report & data analytics based on request from different stakeholders.
3. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Participate in annual salary & benefit survey and policies review.
• Align with relevant laws and update on Company’s policies.
• Support in staff cost analysis and budgeting.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Line Manager from time to time.

II. Job Requirements
1. Qualification: University degree
2. Work Experience : Experience in relevant C&B and HR general
• Previous work experience in a multinational company and/or consumer finance/banking industry is an advantage.
• Experience in managing complicated data system.
3. Knowledge:
• Good understanding about Compensation & benefit activities and policies, incentive and performance management programs, Labor Law, PIT, SHUI Law.
• Strong about IT is an advantage.
4. Skills
• A problem solver, be able to work independently and multitask
• Interpersonal skills and Logical thinking.
• Solid command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good analytical skills required to perform financial modeling and interpretation of data from multiple systems or sources.
• Good MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, payroll calculation method & regulations research, HRIS system, data analytic & reporting skill.
