Mô Tả Công Việc
- Review the attendance record prepared by colleague and make sure all the record complies with the company’s policy in working time and leave.
- Calculate monthly payroll and pay related/arising benefits/allowances for employees
- Settlement of payments for resigned and new employees
2. PIT calculation
- Manage the registration of PIT code for employee and declaration of employee's dependent if any
- Identify a list of employees who must pay PIT, fulfill and ensure the obligations to pay and declare PIT fully and timely
- Make monthly PIT declaration/annual PIT finalization for employees & request for payment
3. SHUI & AON Health insurance & Trade Union
- Monitor and keep track of all updates regarding SHUI and compare with monthly records provided by Social insurance office
- Complete the files & procedures, contact the Social insurance office for employees to participate in SHUI and guide employees about SHUI regimes in accordance with regulations
- Prepare documents related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
- Claim Social Insurance Allowance & close Social Insurance Book for employee
- Request for monthly SHUI payment
- Monitor AON health insurance participation, guide and inform new updates to employees
- Make monthly Trade Union fee payment
4. Labor contract renewal
- Follow up, proceed employee evaluation before renewing labor contract and renew employees’ labor contract timely
5. Employee Database management
- Update and manage employee database in the company’s system
6. Periodic Report
- Make periodic internal HR-related reports (Weekly/Monthly Employment Status, Headcount, Teambuilding List,...) and other reports requested by managers
- Follow up and submit required HR-related reports to relevant authorities
7. Other
- Answer questions of and explain to employees about the company’s policies on salaries and benefits
- Frequently update new law and regulations related to HR (employee’s benefits, PIT, etc.) and report to managers
- Other tasks as assigned by managers
N.B. Successful candidate will sign 8 month labor contract without probation and is entitled to all benefits of a long term employee.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Having at least 2-3 year experience in C&B. Having working experience in MNC is preferred.
- Having good knowledge about labor law, social insurance law and personal income tax law
- Fluent in English
- Proficient at Microsoft Office and excellent at Excel
- Good planning and time management skill
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, careful and honest
- Able to complete tasks under high pressure
