- Ensuring that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis, reviewing changes for proper registration with relevant authorities like social insurance authority, labor department, tax department.
- Ensuring that the company is compliant with all current human resource related laws, regulations & administrative rulings of the government;
- Work collaboratively with the HR Manager to create compensation & benefits programs that are competitive, consistent within ACC culture, cost effective & align individual performance with company success;
- Prepare Labor Contract, Payroll, Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance, filing of Personal Income Tax, for all employees;
- Update & maintain proper filing of all HR records.
- Keep track of Leave application.
- Ad-hoc tasks given by line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2. Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience;
3. Good knowledge of Vietnam employment legislations;
4. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Words & PowerPoint;
5. Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner;
6. Must have excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken.
