- Manage C&B and relevant reports to ensure they are prepared timely and accurately
- Regularly review, update and administer C&B procedures and programs to ensure up to date, compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Update in time legal laws and regulations related to employee compensation & benefits to propose appropriate policies and action plans
- Frequently review current processes of the team for continuous improvement
- Handle questions/issues from employees related to C&B policies/payment
- Participate in other C&B assignments and HR projects as directed
- Recommend, provide feedback & support CPO & Head of HRSS in developing HR Strategies & Action Plan
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5-year experience in C&B for large companies
- Profound knowledge of labor, PIT, other relevant regulations, and HR practice
- Strong management skills with at least 2-year experience in management/ supervisory level
- Good level of English proficiency
- Good command of Microsoft office (especially Excel)
