Mô Tả Công Việc
• Contributing to the development of compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and deep understanding of the company’s pay structure (market position, salary range, pay mix analysis, bonus plans).
• Design and implement salary scheme, compensation and benefits policies for the organization
• Conduct job evaluation
• Co-ordinate and deploy annual salary review, bonus payout processes through the organization
• Assist to design and deliver retention plan / schemes
• Participate in Annual compensation and benefit surveys
• Analyze data from surveys’ results to let the senior management understand the company’s position in the market in term of compensation & benefits, create reasonable pay structure for regular review and ad hoc requests.
• Identify and implement employees’ benefits according to company policies.
• Ensure the implementation of corporate pay philosophy: pay for performance
• Assist in establishing budget for remuneration
• Contribute to the education of employees on compensation and benefit to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Review monthly payroll and staff PIT
• Deploy the Global HRMS
• Handle compensation & benefits of expats. Together with tax consultants, do reconciliation of expats’ PIT at the end of the year
2. Reports :
• Comply with requests from organizations, local government/educational authorities for statistical information
• Ad hoc reports.
• Any other tasks delegated by Country HR Manager
3. Partnership Roles:
• Find a personal and professional way to work with internal & external partners
• Be trustworthy & excellent advisor to Country HR Manager
• Bring C&B values to support HR Business Partners
4. Team Development:
• Train, coach and develop subordinates by progressively transfer knowledge for career development and succession planning.
• Contribute in building HR’s culture and driving positive change whenever applicable.
• Do other job assignments as requested by Country HR Manager and the Company to contribute to the success of Company
• Ensure to deliver the job performance at high level of passion, high quality of work, and timeline expectation.
