Description
Reporting to a Human Resources Director, C&B Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the company's policies and initiatives related to compensation, benefits and performance management;
- Cooperating with a senior leadership team in developing and running new compensation and benefits practices linked to the performance rewarding;
- Reviewing options and providing risk analysis in order to advice on the best solutions to achieve the organizational goals;
- Developing proper job grading for the company's business;
- Managing compensation benchmarketing in order to ensure all roles receive C&B matching the market realities;
- Developing performance management process linked to changes in compensation (such as bonus, salary, allowances, etc.);
- Conducting external and internal benchmarking exercises, both ad-hoc and as formal reviews;
- Providing expert knowledge and good practice in data analytics regarding C&B;
- Researching, analyzing and recommending improvements in performance, benefits and compensations;
Profile
- 5+ year of experience in developing and managing compensation programs;
- Proven track record in developing cost effective solutions which are driving business performance, employee engagement, etc.;
- Strong English and Vietnamese communication (both written and spoken);
- Excellent analytical and IT tools usage skills;
