• Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
• Manage all tasks and activities related to C&B (timekeeping, salary calculation and payment, annual leave, retirement, promotion & demotion).
• Ensure compensation and benefits comply with the current Vietnam labor law and client’s requirements.
• Be in-charge of labor cost forecast in order to propose an effective compensation packages and bonus programs for the company
• Be in-charge of data analysis and related reports
• Other tasks as assigned from Director
• Bachelor's degree, experienced at least 5-10 years in C&B field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills
• Good English proficiency Pro-active and creative
• Computer skills
