Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Payroll management
Process employee data on the SAP system and local payroll system.
Consult employees to complete attendance record if errors/Handle all questions/concerns from employees regarding to C&B payment.
Process payroll timely, accurately, and compliantly.
Produce and prepare payroll/headcounts reports as required.
Participate in other C&B assignments and HR projects as requirements.
2. PIT Management (included but not limited to) complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept; perform PIT finalization on yearly basis.
3. Social, Health, and Unemployment insurances (included but not limited to): full cycle from registration for new employees to closing for leavers.
4. Labor book & reports management: all reports as mandatory requirements.
5. Labor contract management:
Make labor contracts for new staffs and give to employees on time.
Make annex to labor contract when needed and ensure contract renewal process as requirements.
6. Employee profile management
Ensure employee data is accurate, full records and timely on systems.
Set up records and personnel files for new employees.
Maintain employee records in the personnel files.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- At least 6 years of hands-on C&B experiences, ideally for companies’ size 400-600 headcounts
- Strong understanding & knowledge of Vietnam labour market, labour law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
- Experiences in using payroll software
- Good level of English proficiency
- Good command of Microsoft office (especially Excel)
- Customer service mindset. Mature, careful, and result-oriented
