- Build up and improve company regulation/ policy to ensure legal compliance and ideal working environment.

- Promote employees to follow and enjoy company culture.

(3) Legal issue related to section field: update and propose response to new change of law/ regulations related to GAHR.

- Understand labor law, social insurance law and related legal documents.

- Good use of tools: MS Office (Power BI, Automate flow…)
