ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Compensation & Benefits
• Manage daily HR operation, executing the monthly payroll and coordinates with the Finance team.
• Work closely with Recruitment team to receive the information of new employee on time as agreement between C&B and Recruitment and key all information of new employee to master file/ systems.
• Record information of resigned employee to master file/ systems. Strictly comply the resignation procedure and process. Make sure to process the final payment for employee.
• Implement the company's compensation and benefits programs and activities. These programs may include job evaluation and classification; salary administration; short-term, long-term, and sales incentive plans and employee benefits (such as health, insurance);
• Assist HMR in gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of the company’s compensation and benefits package, and make recommendations as appropriate;
2. Personal Income Tax (PIT):
• Work closely with new employee and Recruitment team to open the new PIT code for new employee.
• Submit monthly PIT to Tax System and Finance monthly.
• Guide to employee about the dependent registration procedure and submit to Tax.
• Prepare data for yearly PIT finalization as required from direct manager.
3. Social, health, accident and unemployment insurance (SHUI) & others
• Handling the Compulsory insurance process including payment and reports
• Managing the Accident/ Medical insurance process including claim process
4. Employee Data and Labor contract management.
• Manage all employee profiles to store properly in P-file and E-file
• Monitor probation evaluation, contract renewal
5. Build and Develop C&B policy, process to make sure aligning with group policy and compliance with local law requirement.
• Support HRM to develop the Internal Labor Rule, Employee Handbook, performance management system to align with group policy and current labor law.
• Build and develop HR policies to support daily HR operation, projects related to C&B
6. Do report and data analysis accurately and on time related to job area.
• Responsible for all external reports to authorities to comply with local law requirements
• Build and develop an internal report for management review monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
7. Others
• Assist HRM in HR software development & implement in local.
• Support HR team members in occasional tasks/projects.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

• Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Experience
Required 3 years C&B experience in manufacturing environment & at the same level.
