• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Review and improve processes related to compensation and benefits.
• Manage and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits.
• Oversee the maintenance of employee data systems like personal information, term of labor contract, salary, ...
• Design and prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Identifies and recommends updates to software, systems, and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Have 5 years of working experience in C&B with at least 2 years as a leader.
• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
