***Job Description
Generate shop drawings according to site team's requirement.
Carry out 2D & 3D modeling work.
Interact and manage with design consultant, contractor and supervision consultant.
Control drawing output quality and drawing tracking log.
Follow instruction of the Manager to do other tasks.

*** Job Requirement
At least 2 years in using Auto-cad, REVIT is preferred
University degree in mechanical engineering (HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting engineer)
Estimation experience is an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of laws relating to Investment in Construction (Law on Fire Protection, Law on Environmental Protection, Power connection Standard)
Required language(s): Fluent in both oral & written English, Japanese is an advantage (N3)
Having good communication and motivation in work.
Working in office, infrequent site visits.

• Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
• Saturday: 8:00AM - 12:00AM.
• Office: 115 Pham Viet Chanh, Ward 19, Binh Thanh Dist, HCMC.
