Job Responsibilities
● Liaise with development and product teams to understand products and processes
● Create and maintain test cases, checklists and test suites based on product requirements and test plans
● Perform manual functional and regression testing of beGroup products according to test cases and checklists
● Record defects found and assign priority to defects according to the CAKE QA guidance
● Participate in team meetings and quality assurance walk-throughs according to the CAKE PDLC guidance
● Assist QA Project Lead with effort estimates
● Identify opportunities for improvement and help others identify opportunities for improvement by providing
clear and constructive feedback
● Follow best practices and processes established by the team.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● At least 4+ years’ of experience in a similar role
● Intermediate to advanced understanding of manual testing principles
● Strong technical skills (comfortable with Android, iOS, MacOS and Windows)
● Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents such as software requirements and design specifications, as well as standards and regulations
● Experience with bug tracking systems
● Automation testing experience is an asset
● Knowledge of theory and best practices of software testing is an asset
● Results-orientated with the ability to meet deadlines
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Enjoy working in a team environment
● Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
● Intermediate written and spoken technical English, enough to discuss issues with teams remotely
