Job Description
*** Job summary:
We are looking for a senior engineer to evaluate LiB performance as a function of calendar life over time to monitor capacity fade and IR growth and other parameters. Need to draw a developing calendar life test protocols. Have to work and cooperate along with a diverse and broader team to tie electrochemical cell test data to improve cell-design and chemistry design.
*** Responsibility Description:
■ Manage and maintain a key role of a cross functional team to optimize Li-ion battery performance development
■ Keep the short-term and long-term performance data of calendar life, with interpretation of degradation modes of various Li-ion battery chemistries
■ Propose countermeasures to improve the cell degradation
■ Create new test methods for more accurate and faster battery development

Job Requirements
■ BS+ Mechanical, electrical, chemical Engineering, Domain experience 5-10 years
■ Electrical and mechanical knowledge in battery validation, formation process
