We are looking for Call Center, Analyst who improve the quality of call center and standardize all inbound/outbound scripts with the purpose to give Customers better experience with AIA Vietnam.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle In bound calls according to scripts (70-80 calls/day)
• Handle customer complains through Call Center
• Make Out Bound calls (if any)
• Manage and monitor the quality of hotline calls through QC
• Complete timely, clear, accurate report (if required)
• Follow up in progress call & update the status to related customer/department.
• Support to test Vitality systems
• Work with many vendors to check point & answer customer’s query relating to Vitality project.
• Handle any assignment from Team leader/Call Center Manager
• Experience: at least 2+ years working experience in Customer Service/Call center/Complaint handling
• Strong and passionate customer services driven
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English verbally & writing
• Good writing skill
• Have a good systematic mindset.
• Proactive, creative disposition to develop new ideas, good in problem solving skill.
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, Microsoft Outlook
