Position Objective:
- Make the outbound calls (premium collection call, submission/ welcome call)
- Monitor the results of premium collection calls and report the reas well as provide the initiatives/ execute the solutions for contract persistency enhancement.
- Receive in-bound calls and answer questions from customers/sales team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make premium collection calls. lapsed notice calls. welcome submission calls, etc.
- Monitor the result of premium collection calls as well as provide the initiatives execute the solutions for contract persistency enhancement.
- Receive the inbound calls and answer the questions from Customers related to insurance policies. SHL Vis insurance products, SHLV's customer service, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor degree
Experience: At least 1 year in Customer Service (Premium collection team in Life be preferred)
Skills required:
- Communication & negotiation skill
- Able to solve difficult issues
- Able to work independency with highly effective as well as work in a team
- "Can do" attitude
- Time management skill
