● Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to accomplish multiple objectives simultaneously.
●Efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
● Positive experience through live chat communication, phone calls, and emails.
● Utilizing ERP System, CRM System, Shopify, Knowledge Base, and other tools appropriately.
● Boost customer loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone.
● Seize opportunities to upsell products or service when they arise.

*Working hours
This position requires coverage for two shifts to accommodate the following time zones in the United States: Pacific Time and Eastern Time. The working hours for these shifts are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST/PST).
Each shift will have a one-hour break in the middle. Successful candidates will need to be flexible with their schedules and able to work effectively during their assigned shift.
*For safety consideration, this night-shift position will be allowed to work from home.
