We’re looking for highly skilled call center representatives to join the Notebook team (MSI Laptop). The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can understand products and absorbs information quickly.
He or she will be handling a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instruction, etc. As the voice of our company, the call center rep must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and enthusiasm for helping consumers and driving satisfaction.
- Obtain customer information by answering end-user questions from telephone calls /mail /FB/ LINE or forum posts
- Verify information, determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Receive and answer customer feedback or queries about the company’s product/ service.
- Handle customer and sellers’ complaints.
- Provide product/ service information or promotion program.
- Support on the process of repair service and warranty.
- Consult and instruct customers on laptop hardware problems/ troubleshooting of the operating system.
- In charge of customer service related KPIs
- Ensure operation support is provided and smooth running of daily processes to meets service commitment and customer requirement
- Ensure to follow all technical and company service processes
- Implement operational strategies for customer service management
- Must have knowledge of computer/ laptop disassembly and components
- Language Requirement: English (Internal training for Call Center is in English)
- Personality Traits: Optimistic, high-EQ, patience
- Customer-oriented; Service mindset and skills.
