Develop and implement a user experience optimization strategy for the core functionalities, features, and digital products of our hotel management software and its online satellite channels.
Conduct user surveys, interviews, and in-depth research on user behavior and needs to translate user requirements into user-friendly interfaces and validate the user experience for enhancements.
Develop and prototype solutions using visual imagery (wireframes), user stories, user journeys, and simulations tailored to the various user scenarios.
Apply human-centered design principles to address flows, user interfaces, and fundamental technologies.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and team members to understand business objectives and translate them into professionally designed products optimized for user experience.
Coordinate the creation of published materials for internal or external use, such as user manuals for the hotel management software.
Participate in hotel management software development projects as a project team member.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
In-depth knowledge and expertise in user experience design and related UI/UX skills.
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
Relevant certifications in UI/UX Design, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies are advantageous.
Proficiency in visual design tools such as Figma, Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.
Technical knowledge, including integration programming, is a plus.
Experience in conducting user surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with hotel management products and services, especially in the digital realm.
Strong teamwork and independent work skills.
Effective communication and time management abilities.
Language proficiency: Proficiency in reading and comprehending English documents relevant to job responsibilities.
