MISSION:
In your role, you will support head of marketing online in planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate must be both insanely creative and analytical and is able to make data-informed decisions while keeping a consumer-focused mindset. This role will focus on building GO!/ Big C Hyper brand, user acquisition, and engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Function 1. Operation
- Responsible for development, planning, execution, and management of the promotion, voucher and branding communication.
- Managing Agencies and Coordinating internal departments in order to make good performance of OMNI campaign and communication.
- Manage budget allocation between promo cost, voucher budget and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both online and offline channels.
- Design marketing campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the growth of business.
- Coaching, Support and manage team to deliver tasks.
- Work with line department to ensure sufficient marketing support in the market across omni -channels.
- Organize market research and report results to the business.
- Checking all contents and information prepared by Agency before applying for Digital communication in order to ensure correct information, good impact for Brand images and attract well customers.
Function 2. Measuring and improving Digital Communication performance:
- Making weekly, monthly report for Cost and Digital Communication Performance.
- Checking weekly/monthly KPI of Digital Communication and working with Agency to find solution to improve.
Other administration tasks:
- Sourcing and managing agencies relating to communication as (Video production, SMS, Broadcast, …).
- Processing administration tasks relating to Communication (Contracts, Payment…).
- Getting other tasks assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of campaign, promotion strategies, voucher mechanics, and branding communication.
- Knowledge of digital communication platforms and best practices.
- Familiarity with both online (digital) and offline marketing channels and their respective strengths.
- Understanding of customer acquisition and retention funnels and strategies.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience at the same position at Retail/ Ecommerce/ Digital Agency/ FMCG Companies.
- Experience in managing OMNI-channel campaigns.
- Experience in sourcing and managing vendors for communication materials (POSM, Livestream, video, SMS …).
People competencies:
- Communication (Written & Verbal): Excellent communication skills for coordinating with agencies, internal teams, and reporting to management.
Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with various internal departments and external agencies.
Business competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Planning & Organization: Strong skills in planning and organizing complex campaigns and tasks.
Functional competencies:
- Proficiency in presentation tools: PowerPoint, Canva
- Data analysis tools: Excel, PowerBI, Google Analytics …
Education: BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related majors
Seniority: At least 3-5 years of experience in campaign management.
Language: English is a must
Offices skills:
- Proficient in Data analysis tools (Google Analytics, basic in PowerBI, Looker …).
- Strong in presentation maker (PowerPoint, Canva …).
- Microsoft office in advance (Excel).
Attitude:
- Empowered. Need to be passionate by the mission. Adaptability, cooperation effectively with change.
