* POSITION OBJECTIVE: Incharge C&B role for all stores (Nationwide)
* RESPONSIBILITIES (Main and detail information)
• Compensation & Benefits
• Review salary calculating process, sales incentive, bonus, awards and recognition, and severance allowance
• Effectively inform employees about C&B policies
• Ensure the best implementation of policies according to company regulations and current law Monthly payroll
• Send pay slips to Employees.
• Check, and verify monthly personal income tax withholding and other statutory social obligations from the payroll, declare the PIT payable, and process the payment to the Tax department and Social Insurance dept.
• Apply for personal income tax code with Tax dept. For newly hired employees and register dependents for personal relief scheme.
• Prepare the Tax Payment certificate for leaving employees for later finalization.
• Check and verify annual Tax finalization for Locals.
• Coordinate to register social obligations with the Social Department for new hires.
• Follow up doing the Social Insurance contribution finalization with the SI department for leaving employees.
• Ensure personnel policy compliance with all labor laws. Employees’ Benefits
• Monitor benefits practices such as annual leave, medical checkups, medical & health insurance for staff/staff’s dependents, overtime payment, and gifts for special occasions (staff’s birthday, wedding, maternity, paternity, Tet festival, Middle autumn festival, Woman’s Day, etc.) to ensure fair and equitable implementation.
• Record/ Update HR data; filing personal file.
• Probation assessment/labor contract follow-up.
• Follow up on Labor contracts and relevant decisions.
• In charge of Social Insurance/ Healthcare & personal accident 24h/24h following up.
• Be responsible for the Job transfer/ rotation process/ retention program.
• Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ HR Management/ Finance/ Accounting or relevant fields
2. Experience:
• Over 3 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in a C&B role
• Experience in a Retail Company (size 200 staff) is a plus
3. Knowledge:
• Solid knowledge of multiple aspects of compensation and benefits (base pay, annual bonus programs, reward and recognition programs, labor contracts, benefits, etc.)
• Good knowledge & updated latest Vietnam law related to labor law.
4. Skills:
• Extensive experience in operating Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, and numeric skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently, organize, and prioritize work.
5. Personality: Cautious, honest, smart, discreet, serious, detail-oriented
