Job Description
1. Make shortlists for listed jobs (IT, Projects, B-ranked)
• Decide 2 jobs to source every day
• Search candidates and prepare the shortlist and make each candidate attractive for the job.
• Get the acceptance of applying from each candidate.
2. Phone screening (Optional)
• Phone screening (check candidate’s motivation and availability)
• Update available candidates into shortlist by CRM
• Inform consultant
3. Support of candidate acquisition
• Send VNW active user’s notifications to consultants (New registered, CV updater, Applicant)
