Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team in our Vietnam office.

The Opportunity

• Senior position within a growing BIM team in Vietnam and supporting wider SE Asia BIM efforts.

• Vietnam based but integrated into broader SE Asia and wider APAC regional BIM teams.

• To work on exciting projects in Vietnam as well as across the SE Asia and wider APAC region in buildings and infrastructure projects.

• Opportunity for career progression into leadership across the buildings and infrastructure business at Arup. This includes leading projects, managing staff and helping to shape the strategic direction for the BIM team across SE Asia and Asia-Pacific.

Role

- Liaise with structural engineers in order to create BIM model and drawing generation using Revit.

- Be accountable for the managing Revit models, instructing junior colleagues regarding project standards and be accountable for deliverables.

- Working with International teams based in Hong Kong and Singapore and Australia on a daily basis.

- Capable to create BIM model for routine works independently and supervise others.

- Ensure that the quality of deliverables produced is in accordance with project and corporate requirements.

- Keep following up with team members and project managers informed of workload and deadlines of deliverables.

- Monitors and ensures adherence to Common Data Environment (CDE) standards;

• Fluency in Structure Revit

• Be able worked as a BIM Coordinator is a plus (Understand Platform BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud & Naviswork)

• 2~8 years of experience in Complex Projects (Highrise & Steel projects).

• At least have College or University degree on civil/structure/infrastructure engineering.

• Programming skills using Python, C#, Dynamo or Rhino.inside. Revit will be an advantage

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese. Speaking in Chinese is a plus.

• Experiences in complex projects from Top Asia country as Hongkong, Singapore or Australia is a plus
