About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities
1. Constellation Project:
- Participate Constellation Project for acting role Work Stream 11 coordinator (Operations and Record Transfer).
- Align with Group guidelines to prepare readiness from each requirement on each project stage.
- Overall scope of works:
+ RMA (Record Management Agreement):
- Reconcile secured documents required 100% check.
- Check UOB’s retrieval documents belong to correct record ID number for Access Regime.
- Check to ensure accuracy the “Deed of transfer” finalized inventory list of cartons to be transferred (inventory list compared to Crown report).
+ Operations Performing reporting and Regulatory Reporting:
- Fully understand related report types, report owners, submission frequency to ensure they are processed timely and correctly and escalate to Team Head for outage resolution.
+ GL Reconciliation:
- Ensure daily, monthly, quarterly GL accounts are reconciled and outages are solved within SLA.
- Based on the standard timeline, follow GL Reconciliation and Settlement reports submission and escalate to
Team Head for any unsolved GL outages.
- Daily perform check list to ensure VCB, BIDV, Oversea Nostro accounts are funded timely.
+ ORT (Operations Readiness Testing):
- Follow Team Head’s guidelines to perform testing accordingly, they are included but not limited:
- Card International & Domestic transaction settlement and payment.
- Documents, Reports transferred in secured standard method.
- Access Regime tested for involved steps.
- GL Reconciliation.
2. Assist Team Head to:
- Perform assigned operations activities to ensure smoothly operations of new and existing customers.
- Identify operational and structural flaws and assist Team Head in the improvement of current or development of new procedure to maintain the team efficiently.
- Ensure the compliance of all policies, procedures, guidelines and local regulations on card, retail lending and in-scope area.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Head.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree (BA) required.
- At least having 1 year experience in UPL Operating & Payment/Banking/Fintech for Card Operations (onboarding, maintenance, balancing & settlement reconciliation from Visa, Master, Napas transaction, regulatory reports submission to SBV, Visa, Master…).
- Knowledge on Card industry in both Issuer, Acquirer site are advances.
- Experience in project M&A or Card scheme/Card Digital is an advance.
- Good at communication, negotiation, problem-solving, project management.
